On addiction vs customer loyalty

The business world is tilting to making the consumers addicted; that is becoming the main money generator. They call it customer loyalty. 

It’s all about spending more time on the app, on the website, in the shop, etc. 

That’s why when someone creates a business that has a main aim to add value everyone talks about it, even though they probably are not making as much money. 

Adding value generates enough money to make people live a happy life.
